Privacy Policy for EnduroFit

EnduroFit (“the app”) is developed and published by Arise Digital LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), and is branded and marketed as “EnduroFit by Moto Essentials” in partnership with Moto Essentials LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password, we collect your name and email address to create and secure your account.

Rider Profile: Information you provide about yourself, including age, height, weight, riding discipline, skill level, and training equipment.

Health & Fitness Data: With your permission, we access Apple Health data including sleep, resting heart rate, and workout activity, to personalize your daily readiness score and training recommendations. This data is only used within the app and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Activity Logs: Rides, races, workouts, nutrition entries, water intake, weight, and daily check-ins you log in the app.

Photos: Profile pictures you choose to upload.

Group Activity: If you join or create a group, we store messages you send, ride invitations you create or respond to, and summary stats visible to other group members (such as your performance score and recent workouts).

Usage & Device Data: Basic technical information (such as push notification tokens) needed to deliver reminders and alerts you’ve opted into.

How We Use Your Information

• To calculate your Performance Score, Endurance Score, Cramp Risk, and training/nutrition recommendations
• To generate AI-powered coaching guidance (sent securely to our AI provider for processing; your data is not used to train their models)
• To enable group features like chat, ride scheduling, and accountability tracking
• To send you notifications you’ve opted into (reminders, group activity, motivational messages)
• To maintain and improve the app

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Functions) with industry-standard security practices. Access to your data is restricted to your own account, except for the limited summary information visible to members of groups you voluntarily join.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Firebase/Google Cloud — our infrastructure provider
• Anthropic — to generate AI coaching guidance (only the specific data needed for that request, e.g. your readiness scores and discipline; not your name or contact info)
• Other members of a group you choose to join (limited to the summary stats described above)

Your Rights

You can edit or delete most of your data directly within the app. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, logs, photos, and group memberships.

Children’s Privacy

EnduroFit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
